Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

  • In this case, you may still return the item once it arrives. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved and the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
